1. Subject of the services

Onsigne provides specialized consultancy in international commercial law and digital signature security solutions for cross-border investment contracts, as well as legal compliance courses for executives.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

Onsigne's Obligations: To provide services according to the offer description, with professionalism and in accordance with industry standards. The information provided is advisory in nature and does not constitute binding legal advice.

User's Obligations: To provide complete and truthful information necessary for the provision of services. To use the services and any materials received (including from courses) only for legal purposes and in compliance with the agreements entered into.

3. Limitation of liability

Onsigne assumes no liability for business decisions made by the client based on the consultancy provided. Our services focus on ensuring procedural compliance and document security, and the client always remains responsible for the final implications of their actions. Onsigne's liability is limited to the value of the service provided for the respective case.

4. Payment and modification terms

Prices are communicated in advance and invoiced according to the accepted contract or offer. Any modification to these terms will be communicated at least 30 days before coming into effect, by publishing on the platform or through direct notification.

Access to services or courses may be suspended in case of non-payment of invoices or a flagrant violation of these terms.

5. Termination of use

Either party may terminate the collaboration according to the contractual clauses. Onsigne reserves the right to restrict access to the platform for any user who repeatedly violates these terms or applicable legislation.
